POSITION PURPOSE:
Support and assist Production Manager on a daily basis with tracking and monitoring all development, costing, order placement and WIP tasks. Enter and maintains all data associated with costing, placement and tracking. Accountable for system accuracy at all times.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Assist Production Manager on a daily basis by obtaining production and sales goals along with overseeing the production team. Correspond daily with agents and suppliers as well as internal team members. Help ensure that team members are invested in team activities and decisions, and that the team works together to achieve a goal.
Collect and organize all initial cost sheets from suppliers during the development phase. Classify garments and obtain accurate HTS codes from import compliance. Enter costing into essentus. Track and obtain all revised costs based on changes made in review meetings or fittings. Maintain accurate costs in essentus. Pass copies of cost logs to Buyers prior to PWO entry.
Draw down PWO's created by Buyers. Send purchase orders to vendors and ensure signed copies are returned and filed. Maintain all purchase order data in essentus through final shipment.
Gather all time and action calendars from vendors. Create and maintain production WIP reports. Manage the fit sample process. Attend fittings when required. Assist Production Manager with all production component approvals.
EDUCATION: High School
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 2-4 Years
To ensure that the design vision is scalable and affordable within the cost/retail matrix and facilitates innovation in the market for implementation.
Executes design concepts, achieving aesthetic intent while ensuring sku/style assortment plans are met. Works closely with Design, Concept/Merch team on line plan fabrics, colors and print choices. Works closely with Production to position conceptual development to meet the Global sourcing strategy. Researches and identifies seasonal color palettes, prints, patterns, fabrics, styles and details.
Ensures design packages are passed according to calendar. Partners with Research and Development to ensure all raw materials are in place for sampling and issues are addressed. Delivers product ready garments at final handoff meeting. Monitors status for line development, including Production, Design and Tech Design.
EDUCATION: Associate Degree
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 2-4 Years
To plan, organize and produce quality products at the best possible price by maintaining acceptable lead times and deliveries based on the Company's needs, parameters, policies and procedures.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Oversees the planning, design, development, and implementation of the company-wide compensation and benefit programs, including home office, distribution center and field. Responsible for ensuring these programs meet employee needs, are competitive and current with trends, are in compliance with legal requirements and are cost effective. Lead in the creation of policies, procedures and reporting. Oversees the effective utilization of HRIS. Supervises a team of professionals including a Compensation/HRIS Analyst and Benefits/HR Specialist.
